Scanned files often contain blank pages, a duplicate sheet or a page you do not want to share. Removing them makes the document shorter, cleaner and easier to send.
Pages worth removing
- Blank pages left by double sided scanning.
- Duplicate pages scanned twice.
- Cover sheets, fax pages or pages with private details.
- Old pages from a version you have replaced.
How to remove them
- Open Remove Pages and add your PDF.
- Type the pages to delete, such as 2, 5-7.
- Check the page count that will remain.
- Download the new PDF.
Before you send it
Scroll through the result once to confirm the right pages are gone. Keep the original file, because deleting pages cannot be undone in the new file. Page numbers printed on the pages will not change, so a document may then skip from 4 to 8.
