Sometimes you only need to write something on a PDF: APPROVED, a reference number or a short note. You do not need a big editor for that.
How to add text
- Open Add Text to PDF and add your file.
- Type your text. You can use more than one line.
- Choose one of nine positions, the size, bold and the colour.
- Choose all pages, odd pages, even pages or your own page numbers, then download.
Good uses
- An APPROVED or DRAFT label.
- A file number on every page.
- A short note on the first page only.
- A name on each page of a printout.
Good to know
- The text is added on top of the page and cannot be moved later, so keep your original.
- Only English letters, numbers and common symbols are supported for now.
- For a large diagonal word over the whole page, use Add Watermark instead.
