Tips for best results
- Use Whole word to change cat without changing concat.
- Regular expressions are for advanced patterns. In the replacement you can use $1 and $2 for groups.
- Leave Replace with empty to delete the matches.

Is the search case sensitive?
Not by default. Tick Match case to make it case sensitive.
